What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes for engineering teams.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery best practices.
• Identify and remove blockers that impact team progress and delivery commitments.
• Manage cross-team coordination and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives and delivery metrics.
• Promote transparency regarding progress, risks, priorities, and commitments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting multiple engineering teams in a technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery metrics.
• Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• English: B1 (Intermediate) and Russian: Native.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Platform teams.
• Knowledge of LeSS or other scaled Agile practices.
