What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of a cross-functional engineering team.
• Integrate new technologies into existing web applications and digital products.
• Drive technical discussions and communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Tech Operations teams.
• Make and justify architectural decisions and contribute hands-on to implementation and troubleshooting.
• Support team growth through technical leadership and people management.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Understanding of distributed and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills to explain and justify technical decisions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Remix or willingness to learn.
• Java experience or readiness to work with Java-based backend services.
