What you will do

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React and modern development practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Build reusable UI components and scalable design patterns to ensure consistency.
• Champion performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and technical solution design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise frontend development.
• Must reside in Florida, USA.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer (no sponsorship).
• Advanced expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management (Redux/Zustand) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap/Material UI).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with tools like Figma or Sketch.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
