What you will do

• Accelerate commercial performance across 29 branches to reduce result dispersion and ensure consistent strategy execution.
• Identify, structure, and scale best practices from top-performhirify.global branches across the network.
• Translate data insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for Area Leads and branch teams.
• Strengthen commercial capabilities in customer management, pipeline prioritization, and closhirify.global.
• Act as a bridge between strategic priorities and frontline execution, ensurhirify.global initiatives lead to tangible results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales performance, coachhirify.global, or branch management.
• High analytical capability with the ability to convert data into action.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid (Hybrid setup).
