What you will do

• Perform data entry tasks and utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and order management.
• Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure all order specifications are correct.
• Use CAD software to review and record essential technical details.
• Document written instructions including delivery dates, locations, and special requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (Central Visayas, Davao Region, or Central Luzon).
• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or manufacturing support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Solid math skills, specifically with US fractions and inch-based measurements.
