What you will do

• Create accurate Service Orders in Salesforce using approved Customer Order Request (COR) documentation.
• Validate that all required approvals and documentation are provided before order creation.
• Ensure approved commercial and technical information is correctly reflected within Salesforce.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process exceptions to ensure smooth downstream delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to Sales and internal stakeholders regarding order entry standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of order management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general business systems.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria to support hybrid working.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Background in order management, sales operations, or commercial administration.
