Professional Services Project Manager

TL;DR

Professional Services Project Manager: Managing solution delivery and services activities for financial institutions with an accent on project planning, budget tracking, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Focus on enforcing PMO processes, managing engagement risks, and ensuring project completion against schedule and budget.

Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia. Working hours: 2pm - 10pm (CET).

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-disciplinary delivery activities with Sales, Program Managers, and practice leads.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work-breakdown structures.
• Manage the change control process and identify engagement risks and issues.
• Monitor project completion against schedule and budget, including revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Provide weekly internal status reports outlining activities, dependencies, and risks.
• Track and document project lessons learned to improve future delivery.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required (written and oral).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Professional Services or Project Management industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for interfacing with internal and external management.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Operational experience within the Professional Services industry.
