Professional Services Project Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Working hours: 2pm–10pm CET.

What you will do

• Manage solution delivery and professional services activities across assigned projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work-breakdown structures, including integrated development schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery resources with Sales, Program Management, Practice leadership, and resource managers.
• Track project tasks, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control activities.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and document lessons learned.
• Manage project invoices, revenue recognition, forecasting, and project completion monitoring.

Requirements

• English written and oral communication is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of professional services and project management practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with MS Office and the ability to present information consistently, accurately, and in an organized manner.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for working with internal and external management.
• Proactive, independent working style with limited management supervision.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Operational experience in the professional services industry.
