What you will do

• Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process from intake to offer for Sales and Corporate roles globally.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Optimize recruitment workflows, scorecards, and interview kits using Greenhouse ATS.
• Implement AI-powered sourcing and screening techniques to improve pipeline efficiency.
• Execute proactive talent mapping and pipeline development for active and passive candidates.
• Champion company culture and values while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven full-lifecycle recruitment experience in high-growth, high-tech environments.
• Strong track record of hiring for Sales and Corporate functions.
• Must be based in the US (East Coast preferred).
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Practical experience using AI tools for recruitment sourcing and automation.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple global time zones.
