RUCKUS Senior Systems Engineer (Networking)

What you will do

• Manage complex technical requirements and design networking architectures using the RUCKUS product portfolio.
• Partner with account managers, integrators, technical specialists, customers, and prospects during the presales process.
• Present RUCKUS solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, training, and customer or partner events.
• Lead proof-of-concept trials, define success criteria and exit strategies, and document and present test results.
• Develop winning solutions by applying repeatable architectures and researching customized alternatives.
• Provide high-level technical sales support, enablement, troubleshooting, and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of related presales systems engineering experience.
• Strong experience with WLAN and cloud technologies across enterprise IT and operations technology environments.
• Knowledge of wireless heatmap and site survey tools such as Ekahau, Hamina, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of L2/L3 switching, network segmentation, Zero Trust security practices, secure access, client device onboarding, and server or cloud network infrastructure deployments.
• English is required; the role requires full bilingual proficiency.

Nice to have

• Industry 4.0, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics vertical expertise.
• Presales engineering experience with integrators in industrial and enterprise segments.
• Experience with multiple networking vendors or competing solutions, with RUCKUS knowledge strongly preferred.
• Advanced networking certifications such as CCIE, BPIPA, JNCIE, PCNSE, Aruba, RUCKUS, or CWNP.
• Spanish language proficiency.
