What you will do

• Inspect vendor supplied precision machined parts using various gauges and advanced measuring equipment.
• Review Certificates of Conformance and First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102 standards.
• Generate non-conformance reports using TipQA or equivalent quality software.
• Apply broad knowledge of quality control systems and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Delegate tasks and review work of other team members as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Buffalo, NY, USA
• Minimum 5 years experience inspecting precision machined components and using TipQA or equivalent software.
• Advanced understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with FAA Drug & Alcohol Program compliance due to Safety Sensitive Work regulations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and apply instructions in English.
• Experience with advanced inspection equipment such as CMM, Roundness Analyzer, SmartScope preferred.
