What you will do

• Perform routine inspections to verify print quality, statement integrity, and postage accuracy.
• Confirm that production operations processes remain in control.
• Log inspection results into a dedicated database for quality improvement efforts.
• Communicate and escalate errors to production staff and assist with recovery.
• Act as the final quality check before work enters the mail stream.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Must be based in South Windsor, CT for 100% on-site work.
• English proficiency (read, write, and understand).
• Ability to work the LWN shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Alt Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
• Ability to spend the majority of the shift standing and walking on hard surfaces.
