What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy and execution for the Brazilian business across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns using Customer.io or similar platforms.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Manage automated flows, including cart abandonment, lead nurturing, churn recovery, and referral programs.
• Monitor campaign performance, build reports, and generate actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the UK team to align on global strategy and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Fluent English (C1+) for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese.
• Intermediate to advanced HTML knowledge for email creation and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement and A/B testing.
• Must be based in São Paulo to support the hybrid work format.
