What you will do
- Coordinate executive and operational tasks: calendars, communication workflows, task follow-through, and project tracking.
- Execute social media management: create, design, schedule, publish, and manage engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage content and program coordination: edit/produce short-form videos and branded assets; organize program materials and resources.
- Own email marketing and CRM operations: build workflows in GoHighLevel, run outreach/nurture sequences, and maintain clean CRM records and pipelines.
- Support research and lead generation: build ICPs and prospect lists, assist outbound outreach, and compile reports for leadership.
- Provide administrative communication support: manage inboxes and shared documentation/folders to keep systems organized.
Requirements
- Experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing support roles.
- Strong written English communication with attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Experience using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms).
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools (e.g., Veed, OpusClips, CapCut or similar).
- Availability for U.S. business hours (PST required) and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with lead generation or outbound prospect research.
- Familiarity with webinar, coaching, or membership-based businesses.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and campaign coordination.
- Experience supporting personal brands or founder-led businesses.
