What you will do

• Develop and optimize agentic systems and RAG pipelines for production environments.
• Build backend services using FastAPI and Flask.
• Integrate top-tier LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock into business applications.
• Handle large-scale data processing and migrations.
• Collaborate with mentors on real-world solutions for financial institutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and architecture design.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Novi Sad
• Solid foundation in Python programming.
• Proficiency with Git and Docker.
• Strong interest in GenAI and RAG production implementations.
• English proficiency required
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
