What you will do

• Design FINTEL products, logos, publications, presentations, multimedia products, and potentially videos.
• Apply typography, hierarchy, visual balance, and consistent branding across deliverables.
• Ensure design and development work complies with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Interpret stakeholder requirements and visualize workforce messaging, data, and analytic concepts.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and senior designers to refine and deliver mission-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of graphic design experience across print, digital, and multimedia products.
• Experience designing and developing accessible products in accordance with Section 508.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design work and experience solving complex visual communication challenges.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Experience supporting intelligence analysts and senior-level or executive staff.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Adobe XD, or MAPublisher.
• Experience in government or defense sectors and knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community processes.
• Ability to define timelines and deliver quality products with minimal supervision.
