Visual Designer

Location: Seattle, WA, United States; on-site

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain visual expression across digital, print, presentations, campaigns, and client-facing experiences.
• Create landing pages, website modules, social campaigns, email assets, infographics, digital reports, and other campaign materials.
• Design executive communications, client presentations, conference materials, and webinar content.
• Shape the evolution of the brand system and maintain consistency across channels.
• Partner with Brand Strategy, Digital, Content, Community, Experiences, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience and strong graphic, visual, or communication design fundamentals.
• A portfolio weighted toward digital design and visual thinking across screens and systems.
• Strong presentation design skills, including the ability to turn dense content into clear executive-ready materials.
• Ability to explain and defend design recommendations so non-designers can engage with the reasoning.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Claude Design, and ChatGPT.
• Must work on-site in Seattle, WA; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and simple animation.
• UX fundamentals, wireframing, and user flows.
• Usability and accessibility knowledge.
• WordPress experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or graphic design certificate.
