Graphic Designer (Autonomous Systems)

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design creative for digital and print marketing, social media, web, events, advertising, recruiting, signage, collateral, and internal communications.
• Translate complex technology, products, and technical concepts into clear visual stories.
• Create campaign identities, key art, graphics, illustrations, iconography, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Develop hirify.global’s visual language, brand systems, templates, and asset libraries while maintaining consistency.
• Support product launches, announcements, trade shows, demonstrations, recruiting initiatives, and industry events.
• Prepare production-ready assets and collaborate with marketing, communications, product, engineering, executives, vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, and production partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or technology environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, marketing creative, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats and taking projects from concept through final production.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, design fundamentals, visual hierarchy, color, imagery, and grid systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology, defense, automotive, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, industrial, or other technical brands.
• Experience with campaign identities, product launches, major events, environmental graphics, trade shows, signage, or large-format production.
• Illustration, photo editing, retouching, image compositing, motion graphics, or animation experience.
• Familiarity with After Effects, Figma, modern digital design workflows, and art direction for photography, video, or external creative partners.
