Senior Interactive Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create on-brand designs aligned with project goals, creative direction, templates, and standards.
• Scale campaign identities and style guides across web, mobile, marketing, and interactive touchpoints.
• Produce and adapt decks, one-pagers, web pages, blog visuals, social and email assets, event materials, campaigns, and sales enablement collateral.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and manage the marketing creative source of truth.
• Ensure layouts, imagery, typography, and final deliverables meet a high quality bar.
• Partner with designers, writers, marketers, and technical stakeholders to work through constraints and improve creative workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of visual design experience for web, mobile, and/or digital marketing.
• Online portfolio demonstrating original work, strong visual craft, and a user-centered approach.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
• Strong Figma skills, with judgment about when to create one-off designs versus reusable templates.
• Ability to execute high-volume work quickly and accurately across web, social, email, PDFs, decks, events, and digital campaigns.
• Comfort using AI and template tooling, plus understanding of HTML, CSS, and web and app development principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical, AI, or enterprise products.
• Sales enablement or enterprise go-to-market experience.
• Basic video editing, event creative, booth graphics, and print production experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for creative and technical audiences.
