What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for engineered power feeder solutions and cable bus systems.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept and validation to commercial launch.
• Perform comprehensive product audits of documentation, specifications, and certifications.
• Develop high-quality technical collateral including datasheets and installation guides.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform innovation and prioritization.
• Support strategic customer engagements by developing value propositions for key accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management within electrical infrastructure or power distribution markets.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proven track record of managing technical products through full lifecycle development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel internationally 25–30% (valid passport required).
