What you will do

  • Manage the full product portfolio, including financial plans for orders, revenue, and margin.
  • Lead short-term and long-term roadmaps based on market analysis and new product opportunities.
  • Drive Voice-of-Customer (VOC) collection and experimentation to refine customer personas and segmentation.
  • Develop business cases for future opportunities, including profit/loss scenarios and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create sales collaterals, application notes, and case studies.
  • Partner with Engineering to prioritize features and design solutions based on ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Product Line, Engineering, or Marketing for global products.
  • Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals (pricing, positioning, value propositions).
  • Proven experience building product innovation pipelines and roadmaps.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 25%).

  • MBA with a relevant focus.
