AI Engineer (Banking)

What you will do

• Translate business needs from global stakeholders into production-ready AI solutions.
• Build data transformation infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, and ETL algorithms for large volumes of real-time, unstructured data.
• Transform models into production-ready APIs, microservices, and software applications.
• Build and maintain cloud and containerized infrastructure for AI development using platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Monitor, test, optimize, and update deployed models to maintain scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers while participating in Agile delivery ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming and Systems Analysis, Computer Studies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer.
• Strong Python skills, including advanced syntax, Scikit-Learn, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience applying Generative AI and tuning LLMs, including RAG, MCP, and multi-agent systems using ADK, DialogFlow, or equivalent cloud services.
• Knowledge of machine learning, data engineering, preprocessing, feature creation, database query optimization, cloud technologies, Git, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and software architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in global cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, SQL, Jenkins, Tableau, and user story documentation.
• Ability to conduct code reviews for team members.
