What you will do

• Oversee exposure to retail credit risk and manage risk appetite through limit calibration and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and implement retail credit risk models in collaboration with the Risk Modelling team.
• Maintain key risk policies, procedures, and internal controls to protect the company from excessive risk.
• Identify and govern emerging retail credit risks, including conducting risk assessments for new products.
• Partner with regional regulators and key stakeholders on material risk exposures and governance.
• Quantify risk exposures within the organization to optimize short and long-term costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel.
• 4+ years of professional experience in retail credit risk.
• Deep knowledge of retail products such as unsecured personal loans, credit cards, and overdrafts.
• Solid understanding of retail credit risk modelling (PD/EL).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with local data sources.

Nice to have

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or exact sciences.
• Previous experience working in banks or within the second line of defence (risk).
