What you will do

  • Lead project teams and deliver high-quality work from the Amsterdam office or client sites.
  • Drive revenue growth and develop client proposals and materials.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global's global network to share knowledge and execute cross-selling initiatives.
  • Enhance hirify.global's brand in the Dutch insurance market through articles, blogs, and networking.
  • Manage projects involving strategy implementation, business process reengineering, and regulatory risk transformation.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in management consulting.
  • Experience delivering change for top-tier insurance companies.
  • Dutch native speaker (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong professional network within the Dutch insurance market.
  • Academic degree in business, mathematics, or economics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to quickly build expertise.
