What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets to maintain financial constraints.
• Support cost planning exercises across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in procurement strategies, preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor bids.
• Generate cost reports and identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
• Track project expenditure to ensure optimal value for money.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to support cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage workloads, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based in or able to work in Amsterdam (Hybrid).
