What you will do

• Identify and maximize business opportunities through strategic bid and proposal management.
• Lead high-value bids (>€400k), ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical accuracy.
• Act as Project Director for large-scale energy packages, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage the financial delivery and accountability of a significant portfolio of work.
• Provide technical leadership by sharing knowledge and promoting company capabilities at industry events.
• Lead teams and local office operations, guiding people managers and managing workflow.

Requirements

• Substantial track record in sales, bid management, and project delivery within the Energy sector in Ireland.
• Extensive experience managing a portfolio of client relationships.
• Strong awareness of commercial and contract management.
• Previous exposure to both occupational and technical safety on projects.
• Relevant degree and professional chartership or qualification.
• Must be located in or able to work from Dublin or Cork, Ireland.
