Project Manager (Sustainability)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with travel within Europe as required

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of multiple waste heat feasibility studies across European locations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts, change controls, and reporting.
• Procure and appoint engineering consultants and specialist advisors, including preparing scopes of work, tendering, and evaluating bids.
• Manage consultant performance, deliverables, contracts, and project workstreams.
• Coordinate clients, engineering consultants, utility providers, and other stakeholders through meetings, workshops, governance reviews, and reporting.
• Oversee energy assessments, techno-economic evaluations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex engineering, infrastructure, energy, or sustainability projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong procurement, contract, consultant, schedule, budget, risk, and governance management experience.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in waste heat recovery, district heating, industrial decarbonisation, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or utility infrastructure.
• Project Management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or APM.
• Consultancy experience and familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or similar contract forms.
