What you will do

• Build quality gates, test plans, regression suites, and release checklists to ensure product stability.
• Test games under development to detect and describe bugs in functions, graphics, logic, design, and content.
• Plan QC methodology and create comprehensive test cases for new features and products.
• Manage QA planning, workload, and project priorities across multiple games and platforms.
• Identify and modify process weaknesses to improve overall quality and stability.
• Utilize an AI-first mindset to generate test cases and analyze bugs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in manual testing for software or games.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• English: Medium skills (B1) in reading, writing, and reporting required.
• Deep understanding of native Android and iOS behaviors with an effective testing strategy.
• Strong logical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Product mindset and curiosity for learning.
• Experience with Game Engines and white box testing.
• ISTQB certification.
