What you will do

  • Analyze business and technical requirements across different domains and industries.
  • Test developed applications in collaboration with project teams.
  • Develop, execute, and review functional, non-functional, technical, and usability test cases.
  • Manage test deliverables, execution progress, test evidence, and defects, including severity and impact assessment.
  • Take responsibility for certifying solution quality and report issues and progress accurately.
  • Collaborate in agile projects with colleagues and clients in Vietnam and Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a similar position and hands-on manual software testing.
  • Good understanding of software testing theory and manual testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test management, defect tracking, test evidence capture, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, estimate work, and deliver on time.

Nice to have

  • ISTQB certification.
