Manual Tester – Platform LiveOps (kiêm Game Event & BI)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; onsite

Salary: Up to VND 20,000,000 per month

hirify.global develops and operates game projects, including LiveOps platforms and internal business intelligence systems.

What you will do

• Design test cases and perform manual testing for LiveOps Platform configurations, resources, and IAP packs.
• Support testing of game LiveOps events alongside the Tester Lead.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to test features of the internal BI system.
• Write clear bug reports and test documentation for relevant stakeholders.
• Learn continuously and propose improvements to testing processes.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in system or platform testing.
• Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of approval workflows, audit logs, schemas, data models, data types, and units of measurement.
• Basic SQL skills and ability to read JSON and system logs.
• Ability to reconcile data from multiple sources and write structured test cases and bug reports.
• Experience with SQL clients, Postman, log viewers, and prioritizing work with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with game resource economies, IAP, dashboards, or BI.
• Experience testing approval flows, audit logs, internal management systems, ERP, or CRM.
• Visual tool experience such as Figma.
