What you will do

• Drive and coordinate technical deliveries for mechanics and Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS).
• Ensure quality, progress, and alignment across all engineering tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries from external suppliers and partners in close collaboration with procurement.
• Own project timelines to ensure technical designs and production orders are delivered on time.
• Bring structure, clarity, and scalability to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Senior automotive engineering experience with a track record of leading technical assignments (e.g., GDL, Design Lead, or Team Lead).
• Strong experience in supplier management and handling parallel deliveries.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be based in Gothenburg.

• Proven experience building and implementing organizational workflows and processes.
• Experience managing complex hardware projects involving both mechanical and electrical design.
