What you will do

• Contribute to an R&D Mechanics development project.
• Design and optimize mechanical structural components for new or improved products.
• Use SolidWorks and SAP as the primary design tools.
• Collaborate flexibly across different team tasks and with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Extended experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Strong experience with SolidWorks.
• Ability to work independently and adapt across different team responsibilities.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Västerås, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of moving cable harnesses, casting, machining, gear wheels, or moving structures.
• Previous R&D Mechanics experience in robotics.
