What you will do

• Participate in development projects focused on new or improved mechanical structural designs.
• Perform design and optimization of mechanical structural components.
• Utilize SolidWorks and SAP as the primary design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the R&D Mechanics department.

Requirements

• Extended professional experience with SolidWorks.
• Proven track record in mechanical structural design and optimization.
• Self-driven approach with the ability to work flexibly across different team tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work in Västerås, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of moving cable harnesses.
• Experience with casting, machining, gear wheels, and moving structures.
• Previous experience in R&D Mechanics specifically within the Robotics industry.
