Associate Product Manager

Location: Onsite at the NaughtOne head office in Harrogate, UK

What you will do

• Support the New Product Commercialisation process by maintaining documentation, coordinating workstreams, and tracking project milestones.
• Set up new products and extensions, coordinating system updates, workflows, and corrections ahead of launches.
• Maintain accurate product data across systems, including pricing, configurations, materials, and options.
• Audit price adjustments, maintain the product materials database, and support alignment across global portfolio systems.
• Identify process improvements across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Prepare and validate data for pricing activity, portfolio reviews, product performance discussions, and North American sales and dealer support.

Requirements

• Experience in a product, operations, commercial, or systems-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
• Structured and organized approach to priorities, deadlines, data, pricing information, and documentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder support and product-related queries.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting North American markets.
• Knowledge of construction and materials, standards conformance, product terminology, pricing and margin mechanics, inventory considerations, competitive products, or relevant market data.
