What you will do

• Support the New Product Commercialisation (NPC) process and track key milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate new product setup and system updates to ensure data accuracy ahead of commercial launches.
• Own the integrity of product data across systems, including pricing, materials, and configurations.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Prepare and validate data inputs for pricing activity and product performance reviews.
• Provide product expertise and support for sales activity and major projects in the North American market.

Requirements

• Experience in a product, operations, commercial, or systems-focused role.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data across multiple systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in handling pricing information and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the head office in Harrogate, UK.
