What you will do

• Understand and empathize with user pain points to guide product development.
• Collaborate with and support product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to improve products.
• Ideate new solutions aligned with product goals and market needs.
• Facilitate communication throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Deliver training to internal teams and external stakeholders on product knowledge.
• Learn product strategy, roadmaps, and leadership skills from experienced product managers.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in associate product management, product analysis, or related roles.
• Experience working autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build domain and industry knowledge.
