What you will do
- Identify and clearly describe client and user pain points.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and product development team across the product lifecycle.
- Gather, analyze, and apply quantitative and qualitative data and feedback to improve products.
- Research and develop new product solutions and opportunities aligned with product goals.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams from concept through launch and beyond.
- Deliver product training to internal teams and external stakeholders while contributing to roadmaps, strategy, and product plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or in product development or launch.
- Experience working independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build domain and industry knowledge quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and launching a product or feature.
- Skills in UX design, software engineering, software quality assurance, or marketing.
- Previous startup experience.
- Experience working with remote teams or in the legal services industry.
- Experience with product development involving AI.
