What you will do

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire files under technical supervision.
• Conduct detailed analysis and technical investigations of files in accordance with client guidelines.
• Formulate initial strategies by assessing intel and KYO (Know Your Opponent) strategies.
• Perform telephone negotiations with third-party solicitors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide detailed outcome reports.
• Ensure full compliance with SRA standards, regulations, and ISO 9001 guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling Credit Hire files with evidence of managing own caseload.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree or LPC is preferable.
• Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads in a target-driven environment.
• Good IT skills including Word, Outlook, and experience with Case Management Systems.
