Lead Java Software Engineer (Spanish Language)

What you will do

• Oversee the technical direction of the product and drive strategic solution improvements.
• Lead the technical development team and act as the primary technical authority.
• Define and prioritize technical backlog items and requirements with the Product Owner.
• Develop complex business solutions through hands-on coding and service-oriented architecture.
• Maintain application performance in production, resolve incidents, and support deployments across environments.
• Manage technical debt, promote engineering best practices, and mentor developers.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing applications with complex business logic.
• Java 17+, Maven, Spring Boot, Spring IoC, MVC, Data, and Security.
• JPA, Hibernate, MariaDB or PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Avro, and Schema Registry.
• JUnit, JMeter, SpringTest, JaCoCo, mutation testing, Git, and API-first development with OpenAPI.
• OpenShift, Docker, Argo CD, Grafana, SonarQube, Snyk, OAuth, RBAC/ABAC, OLAP systems, and hexagonal architecture.
• Fluent upper-intermediate English and Spanish-language capability.
