TL;DR

Partner Technical Lead (Sales): Build and run technical enablement for a portfolio of channel partners to make them more capable and independent in positioning and selling hirify.global solutions with an accent on hybrid cloud, data management, all-flash storage, and AI/ML data infrastructure. Focus on designing scalable enablement programs, developing partner SEs and architects, and driving measurable partner growth through technical strategy, workshops, labs, and KPI tracking.

Location: Remote role that must sit in Texas; applicants not from Texas will be automatically disqualified.

Salary: $197,200–$255,200 USD (target salary range; OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the technical enablement strategy for an assigned portfolio of channel partners and build a structured plan to scale partner capability over time.
  • Develop partner SEs and architects to independently perform technical discovery, solution design, competitive positioning, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, technical directors, and practice leads; act as a strategic advisor to influence partner technical strategy.
  • Plan and deliver enablement activities with Channel Account Managers, including partner QBRs, technical workshops, hands-on labs, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
  • Design long-term engagements focused on capability development; track enablement KPIs (certification attainment, engagement frequency, and partner-sourced opportunity creation).
  • Keep partners current on product releases, roadmap updates, and competitive differentiators; provide feedback to product, marketing, and channel program teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Texas.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies (storage, data management, networking, compute, and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience enabling channel partners in a technical capacity (e.g., Channel SE, Partner Solutions Architect, Partner Technical Manager, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems: how partners build practices, position technology, sell solutions, and deliver services.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility with senior technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with hirify.global platforms (ONTAP, StorageGRID, Cloud Volumes) or comparable enterprise storage/data management solutions.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner enablement program from the ground up.
  • Technical certifications (hirify.global NCSIE, Cisco, VMware, AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience presenting at industry events, partner summits, or technical forums.
