Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech/SDK): Leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution for SDK, Developer Portal, and Marketplace experiences with an accent on extensibility and ecosystem growth. Focus on driving money movement initiatives, collaborating with engineering on technical trade-offs, and optimizing the overall developer experience.

What you will do

• Drive roadmap and product strategy for SDK, Developer Portal, Marketplace, and money movement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and influence product design.
• Partner with support and observability teams to analyze root causes of product issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the product team on the product lifecycle and best practices.
• Conduct industry research and establish business cases and financial tracking.
• Engage with clients and prospects in coordination with Relationship and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of software product management experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Strong team leadership experience, including motivating and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
