HR Business Partner (On-site)

Location: On-site in Lancaster, PA, USA; Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates must live within a commutable range of Lancaster.

What you will do

• Partner with site leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.
• Deliver training and coaching on leadership, employee development, compliance, and workplace practices.
• Support investigations, compliance initiatives, reporting, HR programs, organizational change, and other HR projects.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and advise leaders, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• SHRM certification.
• Experience with HRIS systems, Oracle, or Power BI.
