What you will do
- Create and execute sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for B2C and B2B customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers through research and direct outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve cold chain offerings based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain.
- Specific expertise in cold chain logistics.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build a new business line independently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and dashboards such as Salesforce or Metabase.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
