What you will do

• Own product programs from initial customer quote and feasibility analysis through end-of-life planning.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Manage external manufacturing partners (foundry, assembly, test, logistics) to ensure readiness and sustained supply.
• Monitor program KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead change management for engineering changes, demand shifts, and customer-driven updates.
• Execute end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including final demand alignment and last-time buys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations (Master's preferred).
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience managing global teams and suppliers, ideally in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Agile, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, or Power BI.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws.
