What you will do
- Provide technical software support for financial self-service product lines.
- Lead software support investigations and debugging at the product and configuration levels, including lab recreation.
- Manage multiple complex support incidents to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate communications between cross-functional teams during technical investigations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles within the internal Knowledge Base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software support or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency with McAfee ePO, Encryption, and Endpoint Security Solutions.
- Practical knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Load Balancers.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Dundee, UK.

- Knowledge or experience with ATM solutions.
