Salary: $120,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do
- Develop and qualify aviation electronics flight hardware and transition designs to market.
- Create detailed schematics, layouts, and simulation models using CAD software.
- Conduct circuit performance analyses and prototype hardware testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop Verification and Validation plans and procedures for electronic boxes.
- Support project planning, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical proposals.
- Represent the company in technical reviews and customer presentations.
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and analysis (7 years with an MS).
- Must be a US Citizen or a US lawful permanent resident due to access to export-controlled information.
- Experience with circuit modelling and simulation.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Allegro Capture CIS and PCB Editor.
- Familiarity with analog and mixed signal circuit design.
- Knowledge of commercial aircraft environment standards (RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and RTCA/DO-254).
- Experience with tolerance stackup and sensitivity analysis.
