What you will do

• Develop and qualify aviation electronics flight hardware and transition designs to market.
• Create detailed schematics, layouts, and simulation models using CAD software.
• Conduct circuit performance analyses and prototype hardware testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop Verification and Validation plans and procedures for electronic boxes.
• Support project planning, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical proposals.
• Represent the company in technical reviews and customer presentations.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and analysis (7 years with an MS).
• Must be a US Citizen or a US lawful permanent resident due to access to export-controlled information.
• Experience with circuit modelling and simulation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Allegro Capture CIS and PCB Editor.
• Familiarity with analog and mixed signal circuit design.
• Knowledge of commercial aircraft environment standards (RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and RTCA/DO-254).
• Experience with tolerance stackup and sensitivity analysis.
