What you will do

• Design complete electronic systems from requirements to integration, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation.
• Develop high-complexity hardware such as compute carrier boards, power distribution, and communications.
• Architect high-power and high-speed designs with redundant power domains and modern digital interfaces.
• Debug hardware and manufacturing issues using root-cause analysis and measurements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for DFM/DFA and pre-production validation.
• Perform hands-on rework and rapid prototype builds to solve time-critical problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up.
• Proven ability to design and debug complex, high-component-count boards.
• Experience with high-current power systems and mixed-signal electronics.
• Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers and production hardware.
• Solid understanding of embedded hardware architectures and system integration.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in North Reading, MA, US.
