TL;DR

Office and Facilities Manager (Administration): Managing the global office portfolio and colocation arrangements with an accent on workplace compliance and facilities operations. Focus on maintaining ISO standards, overseeing supplier relationships, and supporting environmental sustainability initiatives.

Location: Based in London Bridge (onsite Tue, Wed, Thu) with occasional travel to Manchester and Southampton.

What you will do

  • Manage the global office and facilities portfolio, including colocation working arrangements and scalable solutions for evolving team needs.
  • Oversee workplace compliance, specifically Health and Safety, office maintenance, and adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Manage external service providers and vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and stock levels.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including visitor management, deliveries, and office readiness for internal and external events.
  • Support the environmental committee and contribute to regular SECR reporting and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead workplace improvement initiatives, office moves, and refurbishment projects.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in office, facilities, and workplace management, ideally within a multi-site or international organization.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and facilities budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and risk management.
  • Experience supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 audits and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Finance, and People teams.
  • Must be available to work onsite in the London office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
