What you will do

• Manage all program activities to ensure strict compliance with contract requirements.
• Apply program management principles to achieve objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead proposal teams and business capture campaigns to expand the book of business.
• Develop detailed program plans and monitor cost, schedule, and task completion.
• Resolve outstanding issues via communication with customers and internal functional organizations.
• Collaborate with OE Program Managers to optimize program success.

Requirements

• BS degree with 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in aerospace and engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of Program Management experience.
• Proven experience in budget development, maintenance, and communication.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Ability to access U.S. export controlled information.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working with Commercial Aftermarket.
