Staff Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage program activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Deliver program objectives within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain program plans, detailed schedules, budgets, and status reporting for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers, management, functional organizations, and other program managers to resolve issues and maintain delivery performance.
• Support process improvements, standard work implementation, proposal teams, and business capture campaigns.
• Lead collaboration across program stakeholders to improve the likelihood of program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• At least seven years of program management or similar experience, preferably in aerospace and engineering.
• Experience managing delivery, quality, financial performance, budgets, plans, and schedules.
• Knowledge of contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and influence stakeholders through strong communication and facilitation.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Commercial aftermarket experience.
