What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce across the business.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable, customized solutions.
• Manage data migration and integration with existing systems.
• Define project goals, timelines, milestones, and solution architecture.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve system bugs, and recommend enhancements based on Salesforce releases.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams while training and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading successful Salesforce implementations and delivering business-aligned solutions.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Admin.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Lightning and CPQ.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Apex, and VisualForce, with intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C#.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, solve problems, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
