What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Identify and resolve system bugs to maintain platform stability and performance.
• Define development goals, timelines, and milestones for Salesforce projects.
• Monitor platform performance to ensure it meets current and future business needs.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading successful Salesforce implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Lightning and CPQ.
• Solid understanding of database scripting languages such as MySQL, Apex, and VisualForce.
• Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and APEX coding standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
