What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of Salesforce across the business.
- Design and deliver customized solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage complex data migrations and integrations with existing enterprise systems.
- Monitor platform stability, identify system bugs, and implement performance enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers while promoting platform best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading successful full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, specifically Lightning and CPQ.
- Solid understanding of database scripting and coding standards including MySQL, Apex, and VisualForce.
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C#.
- Ability to work independently and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Admin.
