What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce across the business.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable, customized Salesforce solutions.
• Define development goals, timelines, milestones, and solution architecture for Salesforce projects.
• Manage data migration, system integration, testing, deployment, and platform performance.
• Identify and resolve system bugs while recommending enhancements based on Salesforce releases.
• Train and mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading successful Salesforce implementations and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Admin.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Lightning and CPQ.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and C#; familiarity with Apex coding standards.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, solve problems, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
