What you will do
- Drive renewals and upsells for a defined set of the company's largest existing accounts.
- Act as the primary relationship manager and strategic lead between customers and .
- Lead virtual teams across Solution Sales, Consulting, Support, and Professional Services to achieve customer strategic outcomes.
- Build and maintain deep multi-tiered relationships within client organizations, from IT teams up to the CxO level.
- Develop clear roadmaps and capabilities to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Achieve financial targets regarding licenses, renewals, and professional services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in competitive markets.
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role managing multi-million-dollar sales solutions.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) within software organizations.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and manage relationships at the Executive level.
- Disciplined approach to time management and opportunity qualification.
- Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France.
