TL;DR

Business Product Manager (Semiconductor): Establishing G2M strategies and managing product lifecycles for power semiconductors with an accent on market segment expertise and commercial growth. Location: Must be based in Manchester (UK), Taipei (Taiwan), or Munich (Germany)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies for specific market segments.
  • Own and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with Commercial, Regional Marketing, and GSM.
  • Lead negotiations and create Long Term Agreements (LTAs) and Requests for Quotations (RfQs).
  • Handle dealing allocation and escalation processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and build market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the power semiconductor sector.
  • Commercial mindset with proficiency in numerical analysis and assumption-based planning.
  • Location: Must be located in or able to work from Manchester, Taipei, or Munich.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in product line management.
  • Background in Business, Product, or Regional Marketing, or Business Development within the semiconductor industry.
  • Direct experience with industrial and consumer power semiconductor markets.
