What you will do
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies for specific market segments.
- Own and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with Commercial, Regional Marketing, and GSM.
- Lead negotiations and create Long Term Agreements (LTAs) and Requests for Quotations (RfQs).
- Handle dealing allocation and escalation processes.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and build market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the power semiconductor sector.
- Commercial mindset with proficiency in numerical analysis and assumption-based planning.
- Location: Must be located in or able to work from Manchester, Taipei, or Munich.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in product line management.
- Background in Business, Product, or Regional Marketing, or Business Development within the semiconductor industry.
- Direct experience with industrial and consumer power semiconductor markets.
