Location: Santa Clara, CA (Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law)
Salary: $199,090 – $298,200 per annum

What you will do
- Own the full outbound marketing strategy for the connectivity component portfolio, driving design-win momentum.
- Define differentiated value propositions and messaging hierarchies for each portfolio segment.
- Lead product launch planning and execution across sales, PR, and digital channels.
- Develop competitive response playbooks and sales enablement content to equip customer-facing teams.
- Partner with product management and engineering to translate technical roadmaps into market-defining narratives.
- Represent the marketing function in senior leadership forums to inform strategy and investment priorities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in outbound product or technology marketing within the semiconductor or AI infrastructure industry.
- BS degree required; Electrical or Computer Engineering degree highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in optical and electrical connectivity components (DSPs, PCIe retimers, TIAs, PHYs).
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-product outbound marketing programs with measurable results.
- Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize highly technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (U.S. export control laws).
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to optical module makers and OEM system integrators.
- Familiarity with MSA standards (OSFP, QSFP-DD, CMIS) and interoperability frameworks.
- Prior experience building or scaling a product marketing function.
- Track record of representing a company at major industry forums like OFC, ECOC, or OCP.
